  • Annual Easter Egg Hunt (April 4, 2026): Presented by Educators Credit Union, this family event is held each spring and draws families from across the Hewitt community.

  • Nacho Daddy Car/Motorcycle Show & Concert (May 2, 2026): Hosted by the Greater Hewitt Chamber of Commerce at Warren Park in Hewitt. Features a car/truck show, Dart em' Up, food trucks, live music, and skating. Free for spectators (parking $5). A portion of proceeds benefits Hunger Free MISD. One of the biggest annual events in Hewitt.

  • Nonprofit Palooza: A newer Chamber event connecting local nonprofits with the Hewitt community — gaining traction as a civic engagement gathering.

  • Halloween Spooktacular: A safe and fun Halloween celebration for the whole family. The event includes a costume contest, food trucks, and trick-or-treating for the kids.

  • Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony: A beloved holiday tradition in Hewitt. This event has become so popular that it has been moved to a larger park to accommodate the growing crowds. It marks the official start of the Christmas season in the city.

  • Annual Golf Tournament: Hosted by the Greater Hewitt Chamber of Commerce as a fundraiser for the Chamber's scholarship fund and community development projects.

  • Monthly Business Networking Luncheon: Held monthly (rotating weekdays) from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Open to Chamber members and guests. Dates and venues posted quarterly on the Chamber events calendar.

  • Coffee Chat: Informal monthly networking event for members. April 2026 date: April 22.

Hewitt Public Library Events
