No truck parking; 50 motorist fuel positions, 7 truck diesel lanes, dining, and retail. Opening date TBD. - Residential Boom: Multiple active subdivisions including D.R. Horton Park Meadows, Rosenthal Estates, Callan Village, and a 260-home luxury subdivision by Loera Home Builders ($130M development, homes from $500K+).
